Gold Ridge Forest is the premier community within Pollock Pines area. Our community is comprised of more than 600 signature homes, surrounded by 200 acres of forested green space. We are proud of our beautiful setting and are happy that you have chosen Gold Ridge Forest community as your new home.

We take great pride in the appearance of our community and have developed standards which will ensure, for future generations, the quality of life that we enjoy today. To that end, we have developed Association Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R’s) and Architectural Guidelines/Construction Regulations. Please join us in protecting the standards of our community by supporting these governing regulations:

Gold Ridge Forest has an on-site office located in the Lodge, located at 4101 Opal Trail. The GRFPOA staff manages and supervises all affairs of the association including; support for the Board of Directors, Standing Committees and Architectural Review Committee (ARC), overview of community standards, general communication with the membership, community event organization, monthly newsletter, budgeting, assessment collection, bookkeeping, maintaining the association web site, common area landscaping, trail maintenance, common space maintenance, and other GRFPOA community services.
