Karen Grabowski

Karen joined Gold Ridge Forest as Office manager in December 2005. Her responsibilities include: liaison for all communication between the Board of Directors and members, process property title transfers for buyers and sellers, accounts receivable, accounts payable, architectural, produce newsletter, billing statements, lodge rentals, recreation key fob management, process and coordinate requests for: tree removal, greenbelt issues, architectural requests and approvals , agendas and meeting minutes, Karen has lived in Pollock Pines since 1990, and has experienced living in an HOA which provides her with a unique perspective of the challenges and opportunities that exist in the POA environment.  Karen was raised in Upstate New York; she has a Bachelors of Arts in Journalism/Communications from State University of New York at Plattsburgh.  She is married and has raised her two sons in Pollock Pines. Please feel free to stop in the office to meet Karen and share any concerns, or likes, that you may have about the community.
