Paying Your Assessment

All owners of a residential lot within the Gold Ridge Forest POA property boundaries are legally required to pay the Gold Ridge Forest POA Annual Assessments. The Gold Ridge Forest POA Annual Assessment is currently $428.00 and is due on January 1st or Quarterly dues of $107.00 due January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1.  A late charge of $10 is assessed to accounts 15 days or more past due. A finance charge of 12% per annum is assessed to accounts 30 days or more past due.

The association currently offers the following assessment payment options:

Credit Card Payment

GRF property owners can now pay POA dues via credit or debit card.    There is an associated convenience fee for these transactions.

Quarterly Dues are $107.00 , the convenience fee is $3.50 for a total of $110.50.

YOU MUST CALL THE OFFICE TO HAVE THE OFFICE MANAGER LOG IN TO PROGRAM.

Write a check payable to Gold Ridge Forest POA, and drop it off with your payment coupon at the GRFPOA office. You can also mail your check and payment coupon to the address listed on the coupon. If mailing your payment to the coupon address, please write your account number on your check as it appears on your statement. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your check to reach the processing center.

Your Bank's Online Bill Pay

 You can set up online bill pay and your bank will print a paper check and mail it to GRFPOA, please allow additional processing time.
